This is the young man I base my character Top Hat Man on, giving me one hell of a present. The tattoo on Top Hat Man’s face was giving me problems before but I think this looks fantastic! I’d get rid of the silver and probably the part that extends over the nose but the rest of it is better than anything I could have conceived! God I wish he was wearing the full outfit though (and had trimmed his beard) because then I would have started screaming and been unable to stop!
